Fresh Orange Juice Popsicles
These orange popsicles are sure to be one of your favorite summer treats! With fresh orange juice, these pops are a bit healthier than the artificial ones from the store. And the best part: they are super easy!
2 cups fresh orange juice, strained (7-8 oranges)
1/4 cup sugar (or more to taste)
1. Create a simple syrup by combining water and sugar in a saucepan. Boil until sugar is dissolved then allow to completely cool.
2. Add orange juice to simple syrup mixture and pour into popsicle molds.
3. Freeze at least 4 hours or overnight before running molds under warm water to release popsicles. Yields 4-6 pops depending on mold size.
